Text of Complaint by Yogesh Aher:

I had ordered from Cake Zone in Whitefield, Bangalore at around 12:10 AM on 13th Aug 2023.

I waited for around 1-2 hours but order did not get delivered.

Contacted zomato customer support from app, but did not get any response.

In morning when I woke up, I saw order status as delivered and the timing was at 4:30 AM. But I did not receive any order.

I contacted Zomato support in email and got a reply that they cannot help me and would not refund my money.

Tried to explain them the issue in email but zomato support is saying same thing again and again that they cannot validate and cannot refund the money.
