i have placed an order in swiggy on 8th Sep 2022 at 10:10 pm & the same was not delivered till 11 pm. At 11 pm i contacted customer care and they asked to contact delivery partner whom was inaccessible. Again at 1:00 am on 9th Sep i again contacted customer care whose reply was delivery partner reached your location and asked to contact him. Again he was unavailable to contact. On 9th Sep at 5:37 am it is shown delivered which i have not received. I ordered for dinner & they are delivering for breakfast , what a joke! . When i raised a complaint on swiggy around 1:00 pm as i was busy with work , they rejected the same stating the complaint was raised after 5 Hours of delivery. They lied about delivering the item around 5:37 am in morning which was around 7 hours late from the time of placing order & we cant raise a complaint for the same.
