I have ordered food on 10pm night, the delivery time was showing for 37 mins. i have checked the order status at 10:30pm , still order is being prepared by restaurant. I called to delivery partner, he said he has not picked up the order yet. I called to customer care and asked for status, he is saying it will take 30 to 35 mins more to deliver the food.
Is it a good service for consumer. i it’s pathetic service from swiggy. i told him cancel the order and refund my money so that i will order from other site. he aid it will take 5 to 7 days to reflect in my account.
Think if a person don’t have money, he has ordered from swiggy and they will not refund it quickly, then should he be hungry for 5 days?
I am strongly saying swiggy should close his company if it is not able to deliver the order on time.
It is giving terrible service. it’s very very bad.
I want to complaint against swiggy for this.
