Today (10th July 2023) I ordered food from NH1 Bowls, Noida through Zomato app at 05:04 pm. This order was getting delayed n delayed but after 2 hours it was shown to me that my order is delivered. But I didn’t received any order even didn’t got any call from them. Later when I tried to call them it was unreachable and when I tried to contact zomato regarding it, no executive helped me. Even I tweeted about the issue for which zomato care replied but later no help was also provided to me. It’s a clear fraud from NH1 Bowls that they shown delivered and didn’t even gave any refund. I ordered from nh1 bowls noida sector 132 today 30th October 2023. Restaurant called to tell they have to cancel the order due to some reason and didn’t cancelled on zomato and after sometime they marked it as delivered.
And after that their contact number just tell order is delivered and there is no way to contact them after that.
