I have done a food delivered order on 23rd May’21. The order was placed through Swiggy and I have paid 230 Rs online. The item was not delivered and when i complained to Swiggy then they denied for refund as the complaint not provided within 5 hrs. But as per their refund policy there is no 5 hrs reporting d3adline.
