Text of Complaint by Vipul:

I ordered two halves kadhai paneer and three naan from the restaurant . They only delivered regular rotis and paneer lababdar. The restaurant could have atleast aksed before delivering the incorrect order. I wrote a mail to customer support with pictures as proof but they wont refund my money. I have wrote to them twice but they have responded wuth the same mails twice.
I don’t know what to do now and feel harassed by the restaurant. There is nothing i could do to get my money back and so am writing here. I dont order usually but had to this time because i couldn’t cook food at home.
