I ordered orthopaedic matress from flo matress and raised a return request for the same on Apr-18,2024. Their team called me and asked the concerns about return and return request was approved on apr-23, 2024.
From Apr-23, 2024, the return pickup is being scheduling and cancelling multiple times but was never picked up. I called almost 20 times over this one month and they keep saying that they will schedule another pickup, but was never done so far. I’ve asked for escalating this to higher officials, but in vain. No response from the escalation team also.
