Hi, This is pavan Kumar vuppala. I am facing multiple issues on order when I am placed on 21st jan 2025. When I contacted the team they informed me of a shortage of material, later I got to know after 10 days placing the order. later I cancelled and reorder same product with same ID next day with help of service agent from flo mattress they assured that mattress is available and it will be deliver with in 5 to 7 working days but still it’s been 30 days my product Not yet delivered and no proper response from the team and fake promises to get delivered
