I placed an order for Redmi 10 through Flipkart on 14th January and on the same day afternoon the app showed me that your order has been out for delivery and I got the Wishmaster number at that time so when I called him he said ” Sir your order is not showing in my device because there is some issue with my device, once my device is okay I will call you upfrontly and will deliver your product ” and then I waited till evening for his call and I called him upfrontly and asked him again ” when will you be delivering my product he said it will take time so I told him okay you tell me where you are and I will come to you to collect my product then he hesitated and told me the truth that Sir your product is still in the Ekart Hub and I haven’t picked it up yet ” So I told it’s okay no problem I’ll go to the Hub myself because it was a gift for my Mother- In – Law. So when I visited the hub they told me that your product is here we just need to scan it but they tried to scan the product in their machine but it wasn’t getting scanned so they told me. Sir we will resolve the issue and will deliver your product by tomorrow anyhow. I moved from there and I completely forgot about the delivery of product until yesterday which was 18th January. So first thing in the morning I called flipkart and asked the executive ( Neelam ) why my product has not been delivered yet ? I want my product she told me Sir I will raise the issue to higher authorities and they will resolve your issues and will deliver you the product. And I work in a night shift so I sleep in the daytime as I have to go to my job at night so i asked her to tell them to call me back in between 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM. She agreed and I was all set. So When I woke up in the evening I got missed calls from Ekart which were trying to reach me. So when I called them back the IVR asked me to enter a 3 digit Pin followed by my registered number but unfortunately flipkart didn’t provided me with the 3 digit pin nor with the wish master’s number. So my call didn’t connect so I headed to my office and when I reached my office I called Flipkart and spoke with on the the executive whose name I don’t remember he assured me that Sir we will deliver your product tomorrow and the concern team will solve your issue by the maximum time line of 21st January. So I said okay and Then when I opened my phone on my office break I saw notifications popping up from Flipkart stating – ” Your product has been Cancelled and your Refund has been processed ” And I was like wtf I never cancelled my order how can it be I called Flipkart again and they said Sir the reason your order was cancelled because you exhausted your delivery attempts ? What logic is this ? The problem here is with Flipkart and the Logistics team the executive told me the Logistics team cancelled my order because your delivery attempt was exhausted. But my first delivery which was attempted was only on 18th January so how and in what sense my delivery attempt has been exhausted. ?????
I need my product I don’t want a refund and they didn’t even gave me any compensation and when I asked for the compensation they said in this product we cannot give any compensation …. Seriously Flipkart is the Worst of All…. ” FLIPKART IS A SCAMMER “
