I have ordered this product during Diwali on 28TH Oct, Order ID: OD226381095166954000
and the product was delivered within few days. The product had issue and raised a return request. The product was taken back on Nov 6th. However I haven’t got the refund even after picking up the product On Nov 6th itself. Everytime when I raise a call or ticket, I am getting an answer that the Flipkart team will contact the seller and will resolve in 24 hrs. However no resolution even after soo many days. In fact its really stressful as a customer to face this issue. And everyday the Customer Support calls me as if they will resolve the issue and update that they will call back in 24 hrs.

Both the product as well as the customer service in Flipkart are really Pathetic and not resolving the issue ever after soo many days. Only the customer is suffering and losing the money. The sad part is you cant contact the customer care directly and after raising the issue they will say they will call in 24 hrs. However, after few days they will close the case and you cant reopen the case again. Raising new cases wont help. So far, I havent received the money and only horrible experience with Flipkart Customer care. In fact one of the customer support executive placed my call on hold for 45 mins and never turned back at all.
