I ordered a laptop from flipkart. The seller was SVPeripherals. They gave me a defective product.The replacement is out for delivery but E Kart is refusing to give me the replacement because technician seal by the flipkart is not available in the defective product.It has been two and half weeks and I don’t have a working laptop or my money.This has been mentally exhausting for me.I have been calling flipkart and they are not even attending my calls properly.
