Flipkart – wrong product not refunding the money

Text of Complaint by Pratha Jain:

Flipkart delivered me wrong product, so I returned it and I was promised that the refund amount will be paid to me in my original payment mode i.e. UPI, but now they are refunding me amount in gift card and asking me to make purchase again. I don’t want to be fooled twice with same company.

Product Amount is – 831Rs.
Refund Amount mentioned by flipkart is 820 Rs. (in gift card)

Please note that Rs. 820 was paid via UPI by me and 1000rs was paid by gift card by me. (I purchased two products – one for rs. 989 and other for rs. 831)

If flipkart mentions my refund amount is 820rs than it should be return in the UPI wallet not in gift card
