I had ordered a “POCO X3 grey 128gb” phone Rs. 15192 with EMI from Flipkart(Invoice attached) on 24th Jan and the delivery was promised to be by 25th Jan and they moved it to 27th Jan. But the delivery did not happen until 30th Jan. Along with this order there were another 5 orders from FlipKart which were also running late and were delivered on 30th after numerous follow-ups. When I opened the package which is supposed to contain the Phone “POCO X3 grey 128gb”, I found a “realme Buds Q” earphone which I have not ordered. I immediately called the delivery boy and reported him the issue and shared order details and Pics with him using WhatsApp. He suggested me to create a replacement request in FlipKart app. I did so and informed him as well. Then I called FlipKart to let them know of the issue. I called, eMailed and also contacted them using Twitter for this issue. Finally after a day I got a call from FlipKart escalation team who promised me to resolve the issue saying they are filing an FIR and investigating the issue. They asked me to wait for 12 Days for resolution. So I waited. After 3 days, I got a mail from FlipKart saying “Hello Jogendra, We are writing to you about your recent order OD120828227843018000 We’d like to let you know that your request for a replacement of cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item to with the product being intact. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account. Thanks, Nafees Ahmed Flipkart Customer Support” Now I am helpless & I am not even able to Login to FlipKart. They have blocked me. They are not even giving me the FIR copy they said they filed. They don’t even give me the IMEI numbers of the phone I ordered. Please help. They cheated me. I am going through mental agony. This is unfair trade practice by Flipkart and the customer grievance redressal mechanism is not thorough. I am paying EMI without receiving the product. Please help.
