Flipkart Wrong product delivered and customer support didn’t handle it properly. Refund is still not processed

I ordered sketchers shoes during flipkart sale. I got products delivered for some in up for up brands. I’m attaching the images for reference. After talking to may be more than 30 people in flipkart customer support i have not been able to get my refund because of your poor customer handling. They keep on raising incidents and then closing it. After weeks of struggle to get through people i got through one supervisor Kaynat. She raised a return request In22100200391512761935 – kaynat She mentioned that this will be communicated to delivery partner but obviously that did not happened. Now product is with your delivery partner and it is cancelled because product mismatch.
PleSe check the orderid in the bill this product was supposed to be delivered to someone in up. But flipkart not only didn’t deliver the right product but delivered a wrong product and not taking it back. Now that you have taken it back you are telling me the request is canceled. I spoke to another supervisor kriti. She kept asking stupid questions which i have explained to multiple people without looking into the actual incident number i have provided and hung up on me.

Please tell me what do i need to do to get my refund processed. Let me know if I need to reachout to consumer forum. Of course it not be dealing with flipkart anymore.
