Text of Complaint by Virat:

I order redme phone via Flipkart On 22 December 2022 and it’s delivered on 25th December I called Flipkart to provide me invoice every time they said that there is problem from seller end I have to wait 28 December on 28december they said wait 1 January 2023 on 1 January they said wait 4 Jan every time they are just giving time to wait now they are saying I have to wait 11 January they are not taking seriously
This is third time I am facing problem with Flipkart
1st I ordered Infinix phone on 10th December Flipkart delivered my order to wrong state place 13th December They called me that By mistake they Dispatched my order to wrong place I have to cancel the order and place a new order As a apologise they promise to give me 1000rs voucher in 72 hours after order delivered but they denied to give me voucher after delivered after many calls and mails and 6 days after delivered they gave voucher
So I facing problem and mentally harassment from flipkart and also they waste my lof of time
Pls take action against Flipkart
