Dear Team,
I have recently placed an order 22nd Sep 2022 at Flipkart Order ID: OD226066688481911000. I have placed an order for GA-900C-1A4DR (G1049) G Shock Analog-Digital Watch but what I received was a non branded L Shock watch, which is completely a different product with no bill, tag or any warranty card.. I am continuously placing the return request. We have trusted Flipkart and made purchases, but because of these types of sellers, we are afraid to shop online. I am attaching the images and unboxing video in email (cs@flipkart.com / grievance.officer@flipkart.com). Please I request you to do the needful. It’s a worth of Rs.9,995/-. Kindly help me to get my money back.
Note: Return request is approved my the flipkart seller on 30th Sep 2022 & 02 Oct 2022 (twice) but the wishmaster (pickup agent) they are not accepting the return product they are saying that we not get any update from flipkart to accept your different brand products.
i am facing lot of issue & mentally disturbed
i request you to please help in this to get my money back
i am waiting for your positive replay asap.
