Text of Complaint by Shail Pancholi:

Dear sir/ma’am

I had ordered the product from Flipkart on 26th of February and order was supposed to reach me by 2nd of march.

Order id-OD427425713221507100.

Issue- the wishmaster came to my residence on 2nd of March and didn’t deliver as he couldn’t get it to 1st floor because the refrigerator is too big to get it to the house(his excuse) and this happened when I wasn’t around in house.
And he promised to deliver the product the very next day that is 3rd of march

Now 3rd of march i did follow ups from Flipkart and wish master side but wish master clearly said I do not have your product it has been assigned to someone else
And Flipkart escalated the issue and promised to resolve the issue by 7th of march (7th being the maximum timeline)
And a senior level executive called me up and she made me feel as if it was my mistake to buy a refrigerator from your company and she was very rude.

On 4th March i started following up since morning about in afternoon I get a call from Flipkart end saying the product will not be delivered to you as the delivery address and pincode is mismatching.( Just FYI all my products have been delivering to my same address and never had an issue of pincode and address mismatch. And also not i have been staying in the same address since 27years of my life. And been paying the electricity and telephone bill from the same address)
I was informed that because of this you will not get the product and you will have to cancel the order and after you place a fresh order a gift voucher of 2000 will be provided as a compensation for understanding the situation which I faced.

Please note the product value has been increased and I’ll have to pay extra amount even considering that I’ll be getting a compensation still will have to pay 2000 extra even after I get the compensation.

Now the situation is I’m ready to cancel the order from my end too but my product is not getting cancelled as cancellation isn’t possible on this order-error is being shown and neither Flipkart agents were able to cancel it.

Please help me with this situation as amount is 70,000 and very big amount for myself and my family.
