Dear Sir,
I bought a cap from flipkart.com on 2nd October, I ordered Blue color but I get Grey color after that I raised a request for replacement with proper description and reason to replace that “I want BLUE color but it is Grey, so please send me BLUE color cap” but again seller gave me grey color.

How many times I have to raise replacement requests then seller gives me required product?
I don’t have anything without doing replacement order and getting different product and again replacement order and again getting different product?
Is this the new way of harassment?
