Hello,

I order a product on Flipkart on 2nd Nov 2018 the amount top purchase the product is done thru flipkart wallet , it was defective product so went ahead a cancelled the product. the refund happened on 13th Dec 2018.

The flipkart wallet had a expiry date of 18th Dec. when contacted same with flipkart over a call and Mail, Today (23rd Dec 2018) they mentioned , you amount dissolved. And no more Valid, I lost 3501Rs, flipkart wallet money.

Please help me getting back this amount.
