I do online surveys for which I get Amazon or Flipkart gift vouchers it’s validity for 1 year. I started adding money from February 2020 in Flipkart wallet after my previous voucherbvoucher is over. Total 45 cards worth 24500₹ out of 45 cards 44 cards validity expired only after February 2021 only one card value 500₹ expired October 2020 l. I check the balance every day till June 23 my balance is 24500₹ but I shocked on 24 June but they debited 4700₹ from 7 cards which validity till jan – june 2021 “Without any purchase made”
I complain in customer support some one called me 4 days back and said it’s mistake from Flipkart end will activate the card within 48 Hrs . They didn’t call me more than 3 days afterwards I raised a complaint again same person called me and said contact the provider . I asked moneyis in Flipkart wallet for more than 2 months how could you say to ask provider. She said again give as 48 hours but when check my status she closed my complaint as resolved . I need to log a complaint against Flipkart I have full evidence even voice record of the conversations. Plese take further action. It’s more than 10 days no response just ask 48 hours then no response complaint closed .
I also enclosed my lost card details and card belongs to wallet ” they try to say uts not added in wallet” so I add one card details ehen I try to add it says it belongs to wallet ….
