This is regarding with My Flipkart account,my Flipkart account has been blocked by Flipkart as they updated,due to higher number of Returns.
I created a return request for second Last order because the accessories of the product is damaged.As per Flipkart policy if the customer face any issue, customer can raise a return request.I also do that because i had a issue with product,but by the return request, Flipkart has blocked my Account,and im unable to login the same.
I have Rs 3500 aprox. in my Flipkart wallet and is stucked in wallet.I contacted with Flipkart support too many times but i didn’t received resolution from Flipkart.
So look into this matter and take a strict action against Flipkart,by which i can get the amount refunded, which is stucked in my Flipkart wallet.
