I ordered Mavis 500 super Shuttle cock for 949 Rupees on Thursday 22-June-2023 but I received 399 Rupees worth of Mavis 200i model. But cleverly the vendor put a sticker of Mavis 500 on top of the Mavis 200i sticker. Now not able to reach customer care number it asking to go to bot chat option. Also not allowing me to raise replacement for my order. Check the yellow label in the attached picture.
