Product-IFB front load liquid detergent
Issue-I have received damaged product and since this product is not under return policy I could not place a return request however flipkart on their end they said we cannot return but provide a replacement. Even after two replacement request , due to some unforeseen reason it got cancelled. My money is stuck for more than 40 days what kind of pathetic service flipkart is providing.
