Dear Flipkart Customer Support,

I am writing to request a refund for the TV that I purchased from your platform. Unfortunately, the TV has a screen alignment problem and the delivery was delayed by 8 days. Furthermore, despite the promised installation and demo, it has not been done yet.

As a customer, I believe that I deserve a product that is free of defects and a delivery that is timely. Moreover, the promised installation and demo are essential to ensure that the TV is set up correctly and functioning optimally. Unfortunately, Flipkart has not lived up to these expectations.

Therefore, I would like to request a refund for the TV. I would appreciate it if you could initiate the refund process as soon as possible. Please let me know if you need any further information from me to process the refund.
