Text of Complaint by Anish Baran Mozumder:

I am in a trouble with the activity of Flipkart Travel.
I booked air tickets of Indigo from Delhi to Kolkata for 06 passengers of
my family through Flipkart Travel.
My booking I’d – FF21080616816794 and PNR – DQ85QX.
Passengers was –
Soma Mozumder, Asmit Mozumder, AGNEESH MOZUMDER, AHELI BASU, ASIT BARAN
MOZUMDER and me, Anish Baran Mozumder.
My travel date was 30.01.2022. Airlines applied Plan B for my booking and
changed from 30.01.2022 to 31.01.2022. But in this Covid situation, 5 of my
family members including me who were the passengers of the flight become
Covid Positive and so I requested Indigo to cancel my flight and for
full refund and Indigo cancelled my flight and fully refunded to my agent
Flipkart Travel on 10.01.22. But from that days Flipkart is delaying to
refund my money back,
I also mailed my Account details to Flipkart as per their request on
11.01.22 as automated payment to my original payment mode was failed.
Already 7 working days was gone, but no refund / no initiative from
Flipkart Travel. I need my money asap for the treatment of my family
members. The activity of Flipkart Travel is giving me mental pressure.
Please do something.. It is my heartiest request to you.
