I am in a trouble with the activity of Flipkart Travel.
I booked air tickets of AirAsia from Delhi to GOA for 04 passengers of
my friends through Flipkart Travel.
My booking I’d – FF21060415481509 and PNR – I5QJYD.
Passengers was –
Anuj Kumar, Arun goyal, Prabhat Singh And Akshat Tewari
My travel date was 08.01.2022 to 13.01.2022. But in this Covid situation, we have decide to cancel my flight. I requested Air Asia to cancel my flight and after cancellation, whatever our refund is made , give it to us. and Air Asia cancelled my flight and rest refunded to my agent
Flipkart Travel on 08.01.22. But from that days Flipkart is delaying to
refund my money back,
I also mailed on 24.01.22 regarding refund and around call to flipkart travel 4-5 times.
but no refund / no initiative from Flipkart Travel. The activity of Flipkart Travel is giving me mental pressure.
Please do something.. It is my heartiest request to you.
Even I am facing the issue with refund from Flipkart travel.
I had booked ticket but it was cancelled from Flipkart’s side. I have called them 5 times but have received no refund or any confirmation mail for refund
