Respected sir/madam
I have taken air ticket from flipkart and the booking was pending and the amount 4098 Booking id FF2011049978714 and transcation date is 4/11/2020 till date i have not got refund according to rules the amount will be credited within 8 working days but till this date not credited while calling cus care they are telling some technical issue and always esclating the problem.Kindly help me regarding this issue.
