Order ID – OD121308859086800000 Flipkart on 20 March 2021 Flipkart denied my UPI ref 107915432749 of Rs.1225.00 amount debited from my account to VPA flipkart1@indus on 20-03-21. I raised complaint Flipkart replied on mail UPI transaction failure but when I raised complaint in BHIM UPI of UPI transaction failure with all above details, Flipkart has falsely replied to BHIM UPI that they have received money and product delivered, but for customer Flipkart is telling UPI failure order is not accepted so no delivery and no refund. I have lost rs 1225, Flipkart is telling lie at both sides one to Customer and another to BHIM UPI complaint. So my faith on digital India has lost, digital transaction is causing loss to customer now I am planning only cash transactions. Need resolution so Flipkart doesn’t do this to other customers
