I had ordered a luminous inverter battery from flipkart for which they have failed to deliver on four gauranteed date. It has been almost a month and still i am not getting either the product or a refund. The customer care representative of flipkart is also not taking responsibility for that and they are just asking me to wait and watch until the seller deliver the product. This type of issue from flipkart has been done previously also with me for 2-3 times. They don’t give product neither they refund on time. After 2-3 months they use to refund mt amount but i want to ask why they behave so, why they are keeping my money with them without any meaning? Today i am mentally frustrated and i want to sue flipkart for this kind of behavioir. This type of behavioir can lead to many circumstances which is not good for me. So, please accept my complain and ask flipkart to pay me a compensation because i am paying intrest of money which flipkart always use to keep with them for 2-3 months.
