Text of Complaint by Ashutosh Singh:

my name is ashutosh singh ,i Ordered a laptop from Flipkart on 23rd of June 2020 I got the product on 27th of June with invoice date of 26th of June then after using it for two days  I Found it to be defective there are problems like connectivity issue Bluetooth connectivity and heating problem so I placed a return I placed a return request for the sameThen I got a message from Flipkart that a technician will visit to check the problem in the laptop and will provide me the resolution but nobody came To me I was told that till third of July 2020 there will be a visit by technician but unfortunately nobody visit after thatI again contacted to the customer care and told them that nobody visit to me then they told me that I will get the replacement for the product then on 11th of  July I Got The replace product but the product which I got is completely defective its battery was not giving any back up and it has manufacturing defect inIts body so I contacted to the customer care again for the same but they have block my account and denied to replace the product sold by Flipkart to me
