Text of Complaint by Sunil Nigam:

I purchased a infinix note 10 mobile from flipkart on dated 05/09/21. It delivered on dated 06/09/21. After use of 2 days found, camera quality not good, hanging, apps auto closing, heating etc. For same generated return request but after multiple calling & they said, our technicians will visit & check, if they satisfied then we will return the same. But technician 2 time visited, they didn’t rectify the issue. Hence lastly I again request to customer care don’t sent technician. they didn’t listen my view even I don’t need now replacement. I want my refund. They almost consumed 6 days & I made 20-25 call with reason. but they said that they could not return policy & technician disagree for return issue.
Technician said provide me proof of these issues..I said device didn’t have any fixed time show that issue & that time when they raise issue, how I get snapshot..so refund my product, still they ignoring my issue & cancel my request multiple times.
