Text of Complaint by Praveen gour:

I am Praveen gour. I bought mobile from flipkart on 22nd Aug 2021 having order id – OD122648969977212000 and Invoice details FADY6C2200422706 also. I bought this mobile under smart upgrade scheme of flipkart in which around 70% of the mobile has to be paid and rest is to be paid in one year. If payment is not done then flipkart will lock my mobile and after payment it will be unlocked. Flipkart has locked my mobile and I have made the balance payment of 4800/- on 16th Nov but my mobile is not unlocked yet. On repeated calls to Flipkart customer care, they say to wait for 48 hours. Flipkart is agreed that it has received the full payment but is not unlocking my mobile which is causing me a lot of trouble. Please help me I have attached all the documents.
