I have purchased a mobile Realme X7 IMEI – 862044052557779 from Flipkart on 17 May 2021 purchased under Flipkart smart upgrade plan. 30% payment of 6000 to pay after 01 year. I am ready to Pay but customer care of Flipkart is not Providing any link or details for Payment My phone is lock from last 01 Month.
Below attachment I’m uploading the IMEI number and Passkey. I am trying to call Flipkart from last 17th of august but still no solutions provided from their side. I have my official email Ids bank account linked in this phone i am not able to use my phone because of lock i have already visited to service center of realme they are saying flipkart will resolve this issues. Please call on my alternate no 8286853975 if my registered number 9470038974 is not reachable.
