I have opted for smart buy upgrade plan but i could not able to exchange or use the upgrade plan ; I have contacted many time to the customer care executives they are not able to give proper information and more over they have kept few mobiles eligible for upgrade plan but those were not available to purchase or out of stock ; very few mobiles are given for that plan ; and also not interested to buy those few options . please provide me at least IPHONE .. i will purchase
if not please refund my money and i will return the product
i am not satisfied with the service of flipkart please do the need ful
