Text of Complaint by Vignesh Ramalingam:

I sent you this email regarding Thomson smart led Android TV.
I didn’t receive any proper updates or solutions from Flipkart or Jeeves customer service, so I only sent you this email.
On November 8th, 2022, I filed a complaint with Flipkart, and they stated that they would register the complaint with Jeeves and contact you for further assistance. However, I received no calls or messages from them. So I called Jeeves directly on November 14th 2022, and on November 18th 2022, a Jeeves technician checked and took the television for display panel issues.
They said it would take 21 days to repair and return to me. I haven’t received any updates on this issue from Jeeves or Flipkart as of yet.

When I call Flipkart or Jeeves customer service, they tell me to give me 48 hours or two days for updates from our end. I need your assistance on this.
For your convenience, I’ve attached the protection plan id and claim id. kindly do the needful at the earliest.
