I ordered for whirlpool 265 litre frost free double door 3 star convertible refrigerator color purple mulia, but i received whirlpool neo 265 litre with crystal mirror color. I didn’t receive the exact product which i ordered. So, i requested the replacement for exact product which i ordered.
