Flipkart sent me Damage product and now not making return and playing with my time over call. no help given

Text of Complaint by Shreyash Naudiyal:

I ordered Apple airpods 2nd gen on 28 dec 2022 and got the delivery on 2nd jan 2023. the moment i opened the box, it was completely dirty and damaged. immediately i rased the complaint to flipkart and they made a return. for no reason they cancelled my return in 3 days and now no one is helping me. giving me false hopes. lots of mental torture facing now
Please help.
