Flipkart sent duplicate product and reject my replacement/refund request

Text of Complaint by Manpreet Singh:

I want to file a complaint against Flipkart.
I had ordered a JBL boom box speaker on 15th September’21 which was delivered to me on 16th September’21 and that was a duplicate product. When the speaker was delivered only flipkart upper packaging was sealed however the product’s packaging was already opened and I showed that to the delivery boy, but he replied, “My work is here simply for a delivery, you can contact Flipkart directly for this,” and then he ran away.
I had reported the issue to Flipkart the very same time when I have received the product i.e. 16th September on which they had requested me to submit ID proof and product’s pictures and I requested them for either replacement or refund by 19th September. After submitting all the required documents customer service agent informed me that it has been verified by flipkart that it is a fake product and also said that the issue would be resolved by 28th September before that they would not be able to resolve my issue.
On DATE I received an email from Flipkart that my request has been rejected as I am out of reach and now they are refusing to refund my money.

I would like to request you to help me get my refund of the product and also I would like to get compensation from Flipkart for the harassment we have gone through as I had to call them multiple time and either they don’t respond or they just disconnect the call in between, they have wasted my valuable time.
