Flipkart sent defective product. Not picking up defective product back. Not returning my money

I ordered a dress for my mother on June 3rd. Received a packet on 13th with a different product with different size. That’s too horribly stitched. It was stiched upside down. Immediately I initiated for a refund as this was my first order and was highly disappointed with it. Initiated return on 13th and requested for refund. Today is 23rd June and Flipkart changed the status to Return cancelled. Delivery guy called twice in between asking for address but never come to pickup this detected product. Now he doesn’t even lift call. Have all the proof.
Scam and Fraud by cheating customer and keeping their money is new strategy to make money. Isn’t it.
Mine aloan is a small amount but must be cheating 1000’s customers makes it a big scam. Isn’t it.
Will put this on all social media. Hope I can people in my network
