Text of Complaint by Mohd Subhan Kidwai:

I ordered a samsung washing machine WA70BG4545BGTL which is having 2 years comprehensive warranty and 20 years motor warranty. But they sent the older model having 3 years comprehensive warranty and 10 years motor warranty, as this order was open box delivery so I told delivery person to replace the product, after 2 days, I again got the replace product that too was older model.
This shows this is not a mistake, Flipkart is deliberately trying to sell the older models although customer is purchasing the new product.
Contacted the Flipkart support, but they are not saying they can’t do anything, I’ll get the refund.
I purchased this product in the sale, now sale is over, product is back to higher price.
It’s total fraudulent practice on behalf of Flipkart.
