My order ID on flipkart Order ID – OD124454741908324000. I had order laptop with i7 processor but they had send laptop with i5 processor configuration which is really disappointing.

I raised a return request which is not yet resolved. Executive are not responding clearly. It’s almost 5 – 6 days I’m constantly trying to get a clear response but they are failed to give.
They are just dealing the date, which is inconvenient to me.
They first notified to resolve the problem within 24hours then delay to 26 march then to 27 march and now dealing to 8 april.
It’s just waste of time for me.
I have loose my working efficiency.
I want my refund as soon as possible
