I Ordered a microsoft xbox wired controller on Jan 26th OD205068292874086000 and i received a fake controller. It was fake because 1. it did not have an xbox connecter 2. The serial no. on the box and the serial number on the controller didn’t match 3. The box had not MRP written and no distributors name which comes on a original one.(I compared with my friend’s box). I reported it and ordered a new a one from a different seller this time OD405125879732456000 and i was told we are really sorry this won’t happen again. My second product came after 20 days and same problem. And i reported this again asked for a replacement with an original one. They arranged the replacement but then randomly cancelled it. Telling that the seller does not have the product. How can you expect that seller to have an original one.?
After all this they again arranged a replacement which was to be delivered on 3rd march. I was notifying them from 25th feb that the product has not been packed by seller (seeing it from the website) but they kept on telling me that product will reach you non or before 3rd march.
Yesterday they randomly cancelled my replacement and arranged for refund.
After troubling customer for more than 30 days you can’t simply walk away witha refund. And portals like flipkart can’t fool the customers by selling duplicate products at low prices and when an informed customer finds it just say refund and get away with it. I would like you to take strict action against them. Also the product prices have gone up by 1k. why should i be paying the extra 1k because of their mistakes. I would like to compensated for all the troubles and my time they have wasted.
Provide me your email address. i am not able to upload photos here because of some error.
