I purchased a TITAN 2577SM01 RAGA VIVA watch on 2nd jan 2019 from flipkart.The product was delivered on 3rd jan2019.after 1 month of use the watch stopped working or worked slowly.i guess there is a problem in the battery of the watch.i went to titan care since it was within warranty period.they said it is a fake product not original.so they cant do anything.when i contacted flipkart they said the product is original and from authorised seller.they asked to go to the titan care headofc in esplanade,kolkata but titan care esplanade also said the product is fake not original.now flipkart is not responding to my text or reply
