I had ordered a Timex watch 2 days back and received it yesterday from Flipkart. The seller was unknown to me, but still the product was tagged ” Flipkart Assured” , i trusted Flipkart and had ordered. The watch received was not an authentic item, as it didn’t have the QR code on it to check its authenticity using Timex Application.
When contacted Flipkart through phone call, the customer care agent didn’t care for my concern and showed disbelief and asked to contact Timex to obtain “Substantial” proof for claiming the watch fake. As it was after office hours, the call didn’t connect with Timex yesterday, and today I had spoke with them, and they clarified that this seller, WINSPIR CREATIONS PVT LTD, is not authorised by them to sell Timex watches. This seller sold the item under the name ” SAPHEDretail”.
How can Flipkart sell these fake items, we do not know the seller, we are buying the products as we believe in Flipkart and Flipkart Assured. Instead, i was assured of a big disappointment. How does Flipkart allow such a fraudulent company to sell fake items and give them a Flipkart Assured tags, i have lost trust in Flipkart. I’m a Flipkart plus user for many years, and this is what I deserve??
Even though the product is in 10 days replacement, i do not trust Flipkart anymore, you have lost a valuable loyal customer! I neither want your refund nor your “sincere” apologies! This has never happened before and it’s a complete disappointment. I was supposed to gift the watch to someone on a special occasion this Thursday, and now Timex had clarified that neither the watch is original nor I can claim warranty in future! Thanks to Flipkart for ruining it! I again ordered yesterday from Retailnet seller, but the delevery date is on Friday and so I had to cancel it.
You have left me no other option but to accept my fate. I want you to escalate this issue immediately and investigate the seller and the seller’s authenticity.I will take this matter to every social media, to spread the awareness, so that another customer like me, who is paying their hard earned money shouldn’t be cheated. As an enraged customer, i feel cheated! No point in being a Flipkart plus user hereafter. I’ve attached the photos, the invoice copy, if you want i can also share the unboxing video i took just in case. Please don’t respond with the standard template of apologizing and instead take the necessary action by investigating the issue and provide me a proper clarification.
Disappointed! Lost Trust in Flipkart!
