Text of Complaint by Nithin Kodipyaka:

I was lied about PAM services and I feel this is a fraud from Flipkart.
These are the promises I received before paying for the service by Mahal Farheen by call:
1. Promised to start the service the very next day after payment.
2. Promised to assign a regional language speaking manager.
3. Promised to credit my GST payment back to me.
4. Promised that the payment will be shown on Flipkart dashboard service transactions.
5. Promised that all the service will be taken care of Account Manager.
6. Promised a good sales return by month end and promised the work of listings optimization.
7. Promised to provide details of Account Manager on Dashboard.
8. Promised that I could reach out account manager anytime in working hours by call.

This is a complaint urging to say that NONE of the above have been fulfilled till date.
I didn’t receive GST credit, didn’t show payment and AM details on dashboard, didn’t assign regional language Account Manager, didn’t provide number to call anytime, and AM says she can’t do any work, she’ll only tell what to do. This is not what I was promised and I will not tolerate this fraud.
