Dear Sir/Madam,
I have ordered dress for my wife for this Derpavalli the same should have been delevered on 29th Oct 2021. On this date product not delevered, when i track the order it will be delevered after 3 days. I was waiting to get it same, however flipcart cancelled the product and sent message today morning saying as per your request the product has been cancelled and refund is initiated.
1) I have not raised request to cancel through any channel.
2) Since Deepavalli is close to today any product will not get delevered if i replace the order.
3) Flipcart cancelled the order and putting on customer head as” as per your request product has been cancelled and refund is initiated”
Please concider this as serious issue and take necessary action. This happend multiple times with me.
Make sure product has been reached before fastival.
