Placed return request multiple times within the 10 day policy and the seller keeps cancelling the request. Flipkart did not take any action. I see that the same seller, HSAtlastradeFashion has done the same fraud with other consumers and complaint has been filed with consumer court but still flipkart has assured their product. Flipkart is also not helping even though the product was flipkart assured. Flipkart assurance is not a 10 day assurance i would like to bring to notice. They say since 10 day policy is now over they have no option to help. But I placed return request multiple times before the return policy got expired. When speaking to their executive, the call got disconnected automatically and I received no call back.
