I placed an Furniture (Sofa) order for Rs.22749 on 13th July. Promised delivery was on 21st July. They kept delaying the delivery and when enquired my call will be disconnected by the Flipkart support. On 14th August I received an email from customer support stating “Due to technical error your order could not be delivered and we are working with seller to process the refund”. They have requested to reply with bank account details for NEFT transfer. When I call them to check about the refund status, I was told the product is not cancelled and no refund will be provided. How many more months do I have to wait to receive the order ? When I tell the customer support about the email received from official email regarding refund, call will be immediately disconnected. If I ask for supervisor, I will be told that the call will be disconnected during transfer. This is totally absurd from Flipkart. Never expected such fraud from them.
