I have purchase trimmer machine for my pet from flipkart order ID- OD328271272362024100. when we receive the machine we opened it and try to use but it was not working. The trimmer starts inner blade automatically moving & coming out because of that hair not getting trimmed. So for us it’s manufacturing defect and we want our refund of Rs. 1500. We raised a complaint to flipkart but they said it’s a non returnable item and asked me to open the machine and fix it or repair it bymyself.
Meanwhile we register complaint into consumer forum also but flipkart give same revert that its not returnable item.
Yesterday again we call flipkart customer care for our issue they first the CC executive said in my first complaint call I didn’t mentioned the product is defective. She said here its mentioned only I want to return the product which is complete lie. When I started using abusive words she said my call is getting recorded so I aksed her if my call is getting recorded then flipkart should be having my first call record also where I clearly mentioned product issue & flipkart person told me to repair by myself. Yesterday also the CC lady giving irrilavent reasons saying I did first call on 11th june & now after 8-9 days I am calling its days gap and all bullshit. I also asked her to check with your internal team who is handling your consumer forum complaints she said don’t know anything about it. I asked her to connect me to the senior she said they don’t have such a senior person. For me flipkart is stole my money & cheated me.
So my only concern is please take that machine & give my refund of Rs. 1539/-
