Sir I ordered a car tyre of JK ULTIMA NEO brand and received a tyre of KELLY VFM8 brand. I placed a return request within an hour after I received the product and called customer care multiple times but instead all these multiple attempts they are not accepting my return request. I called customer care multiple times but they are cancelling my requests and not accepting my replacement. I do not understand why they are not accepting my replacement requests after multiple attempts also. Customer care people saying will resolve the issue within few days and after the call, they are cancelling my request for replacement and sending message tome that THE PRODUCT IS INTACT AND SELLER REJECTED REQUEST. But actually what I want is brand change. Actually I ordered is JK TYRE but I received is KELLY tyre which is not useful for me.
